Creating Item Category for Membership

Step 1: Go to Online Membership home page, or go to address bar type the link www.member.com.my. In the Online Membership home page, click on ‘Login’ section.

Step 3: Under your Online Membership account home page, go to Item > Setup > Item Category.

Step 4: Click ‘New Category’ to create item category.

Step 5: In the CATEGORY INFORMATION section, insert new Category Name and ‘Supply From’ detail.

Step 6: You can also insert pick up date, warranty and service date as well as time for membership. For example, a customer sign up for annual membership. You can set pick up date to remind customer about his member card pick up date and time. However, it is an optional.

Step 7: Click ‘Save’ to apply new item category for membership.

Step 8: A message box will pop out and show that you have successfully added a new item category.
